Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing. To cancel your order, you have to call us on 9512111334 or send a mail to email@example.com
Note: 60% of the total order amount will be deducted for order cancellations after 24 hours. 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as a payment gateway charge for any order cancellations(no minimum or maximum time limit).
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty by our end. One-time exchange is available only. No exchange/returns for customized / custom size stitched orders.
Note: Products Of Rs.999 and below Rs.999 are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
International Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty on our end. The return has to be done from the buyer's end. The return cost is bearable to the buyer. Exchanged products' shipping charges are on the buyer too. Import duty is bearable to the buyer. In case of a refund, only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order is placed under a free shipping offer, the shipping charges we paid to the shipping company to ship and deliver your shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Unboxing Video Is Must.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds Within India (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will ask you for your bank account details or PayTM number, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your relevant account, within 5-7 working days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (100/- INR) will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No discount is applicable on exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Shop No.533, 5th Floor, SMC Shopping Centre, Sahara Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat 395002 GJ, India.
We will arrange the reverse pickup if the product is damaged or faulty by our end and if the reverse pick up service is available at your Pincode by our courier partner. For any exchange process, buyers have to return the parcel on their own and have to pay shipping charges for the exchange product's delivery. For international shipment, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
